Richard Stewart


Mr. Stewart serves as the President for Pegasus Companies, LLC, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.

 Mr. Stewart was President of Innolog Holdings Corporation that focused on Government Services, and was President of Galen Capital Corporation (GCC), who acquired Innolog; Mr. Stewart managed the Investment Banking activities and focused on Middle Market Companies, to further the growth of (GCC) through strategic acquisitions.

 Before joining GCC, he was the Executive Director of Corporate Development at FSI Holding, Inc., a company that provided direct financial services products into the middle market Debt and Credit sector. At FSI, he designed and implemented the corporate strategic development plan for the entire organization while integrating marketing, finance, e-commerce and business development divisions of the organization.


Prior to joining FSI, Mr. Stewart was the Senior Director of Capital Management for Enterprise Housing Financial Services. In this position, he was directly responsible for the strategic management of a $200 million Economic Development Fund in 19 strategic markets; he created and structured new investment vehicles that generated $25 million in new capital for the organization's lending operation.

 Mr. Stewart was the Senior Portfolio Manager at Edna McConnell Clark Foundation where he developed and managed a $5 million portfolio of public and private organizations.


Mr. Stewart was the Vice President of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey, a recognized FINRA Investment Banking firm. While in this position he presented market-driven research to clients and executed trading transactions, conducted due-diligence on Venture Capital Portfolio, recommended investment opportunities and financial structures and managed in excess of $100 million investment portfolios.


Mr. Stewart serves as a Board Member for Cinderblock Foundation, AAE Venture Fund and Wall Street Without Walls. He received his BBA from the University of Massachusetts with an emphasis in Finance & Economics. He earned a MBA from Penn State University and the Manchester Business School in England with an Emphasis in Finance and International Business.  Mr. Stewart is a FINRA licensed representative with a Series 24, 63, and 79.
